The Clubhouse, 550 Bourke Street | Melbourne

Offering workers a compelling incentive to return to the workplace.

Location: Melbourne | Size: 1,500m²

Following the successful Queens & Collins installation, Aspect has once again collaborated with GPT Group in supplying workplace furniture for The Clubhouse at 550 Bourke Street.

Located within the prestigious financial and legal hub in central Melbourne, 550 Bourke Street is a premium office tower dedicated to providing high-functioning workspaces with a contemporary and sustainable edge.

The Clubhouse model serves as a response to businesses that wish to offer compelling incentives for their workers to return to the office. The concept for The Clubhouse was for the space to feel light and calming, to ensure workers felt at ease in transitioning back to the workplace.

Working closely alongside the architects, BVN, Aspect were tasked with curating a furniture package that included both fixed and sit-to-stand workstations, task seating and individual work pods.

The result of The Clubhouse is a flexible, hybrid workplace that facilitates connection and accommodates both collaborative and individual working styles. This fitout includes a range of Aspect products, including Zurich 5 workpoints, Agility tables and Zone task chairs.

Sector 2 table and leaner designs are used throughout The Clubhouse to maximise working flexibility. The wide span of Sector 2 makes it the ideal solution for any working style, particularly for large team gatherings and workshopping sessions.

Aspect’s latest workplace innovation, Habitat, features throughout this space. These light acoustic systems serve as micro work environments away from the open office area, allowing privacy for daily processes and high-priority tasks.
