Enable Networks | Christchurch

Designed with an eye to the future.

Location: Christchurch | Size: 1,500m²

Christchurch’s fibre broadband provider, Enable Networks, have created a new home at 93 Cambridge Terrace. Designed by 4WoRK, together with Elevate NZ, the dynamic new workplace for the Canterbury team is the first to feature Aspect’s innovative new Studio Pod meeting rooms.

The space was designed with a particular focus on technology and an eye to the future. A large porthole window showcases the technology which is usually hidden away in corporate offices, with a specialised entry zone creating a custom experience.

Aspect met the workplace design brief with a wide range of future-proof and flexible furniture solutions. Focused working areas consist of Zurich 5 electric sit-to-stand workpoints in various configurations, as well as custom-designed Zurich 5 focus booths with Strata privacy screens.

The Studio Pod range of flexible and modular meeting rooms were selected to create private meeting spaces with an integrated technology solution, and will allow future adaptability within the workplace.

Thynk and Hive collaborative seating and meeting booths as well as Platform leaners offer multiple collaborative meeting spaces to complement the focused work areas.

Vibrant fabric choices with strong geometric patterns inject a fresh aesthetic into the space, with the trend-forward and tech-relevant hero colour for 2021, ‘AI Aqua’, featuring strongly.

Together with 4WoRK, Aspect worked closely with Armitage Williams Construction and Cemac Commercial Interiors to deliver the project within three months of initial engagement.
