Elevating collaboration in the workplace.

Location: Wellington

Aspect recently partnered with Education New Zealand for their office refurbishment which saw them transition from a traditional, fixed desking model to a hybrid working environment. The objective for the project was clear: to enhance collaboration and adapt to evolving working styles.

Teaming up with the architects, Jasmax, Aspect delivered a range of collaborative furniture solutions tailored to meet Education New Zealand's needs. At the core of this project was the implementation of flexible solutions that would promote a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Aspect's ability to meet tight deadlines and seamlessly integrate with ongoing construction works was key to this project’s success. With a four-week turnaround from order confirmation to installation, Education NZ experienced minimal disruption during the transition to their new office layout.

Aspect's latest solution, Drift modular seating, has been used front-and-centre in the reception area.

Balancing soft aesthetics with workplace practicality, it offers a comfortable and inviting space for coffee breaks and informal discussions.

The new layout also incorporates Sector 2 leaners and touch-down points, serving as ideal project spaces to encourage teamwork.

The versatility of Agility tables, utilised as both meeting and café tables, adds functionality to the workspace.

Activate sit-to-stand desks were used in their built-in quiet rooms.

“We couldn’t be more thrilled with the result. Three weeks in and staff love it, it looks fantastic and it’s working really well. We have been reflecting on our learnings from the project and we have all noted how superb it was working with yourself and Aspect.”

Communication (and patience) was amazing, delivery of all items was on time (and fast) and the quality is excellent. We found it so enjoyable and smooth sailing working with you.
