Aspect were recently engaged by Boutique Concepts, Geyer and Valmont to design custom workplace solutions for Centuria’s new cirque flexible working precincts in Chatswood and Brisbane.  

 
Located in strategic hubs away from the CBD, these premium workplaces feature luxurious, light-filled spaces and best-in-class amenities with true flexibility at the heart of the design.

 
 
 
 

Cirque is Centuria’s national network of flexible office sites, providing elegant workspaces for collaboration and community. The spaces have a strong focus on technology, offering state-of-the-art facilities to businesses looking for brand elevating client engagement spaces.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Flexibility was a top priority for this project. As furniture requirements change to suit the individual tenants and their teams, our solutions needed to be adaptable. This was particularly important for the workpoints, which needed to be easily repositioned to accommodate regular changes in the floor’s layout.

 
 
 
 
 

Our Sector 2 system was a perfect fit, with minimal leg structures and a kit-of-parts design making it easy to relocate and reconfigure.

 
 
 
 

Centuria required a custom divider unit to separate the tenancies. These units needed to be easily moveable, provide storage space and meet acoustic and visual privacy requirements. Although highly flexible, it was important that the look and feel remained high-end and not feel like a temporary environment.

 
 
 
 

Aspect successfully met the brief, designing a modular storage unit comprised of a matt gold powder coated steel frame with a timber laminate carcass. The boxes, planters and shelves are removable and adjusted according to each tenant’s needs. Aspect Design provided drawings and renders before progressing to the finished prototype which was pulled together in 10 days.
