The GPT Group’s latest offering, DesignSuites by GPT, are a collection of ready-to-go workspaces available for lease across Melbourne’s CBD. These workspaces offer a fresh approach to office leasing by providing tenants with beautiful and functional work environments that are ready to go – eliminating the stress and hassle of conducting their own fit-out work.
Equipped with the latest design features and cutting-edge technology, the workspaces prioritise collaboration, inclusion and wellbeing. They are designed with the highest environmental considerations and are strategically positioned within Melbourne’s most premium office towers and connected areas.
In our continued partnership, Aspect were engaged as the primary furniture supplier for the Design Suites. The concept behind the suites involved creating 28 visually unique spaces across five buildings, while maintaining a cohesive design language with a common kit of products. Each location is made unique with its own distinct finishes and colour palettes, providing tenants with a sense of individuality.
Working alongside BVN Architects and JLL Project Managers, Aspect successfully met the brief with a range of flexible solutions that could be easily customised to suit the unique look and feel of each space. Our furniture package included sit-to-stand workstations, focus pods, storage solutions and meeting, café and boardroom tables.
Consolidating a large volume of work into one package enabled the GPT Group to acquire our product range at a reduced cost. This approach also ensured timely installations and a successful delivery within a three-month timeline.
Our Floorsense desk booking systems and Smartalock lockers were installed in each suite. The seamless integration of technology elevates the overall functionality and appeal of the Design Suites.
