Ballance, a New Zealand cooperative, recently expanded their office space in the beautiful Mount Maunganui to accommodate their staff with a greater range of collaborative and agile furniture.
Aspect worked closely with the team at Ballance to supply a full collection of workplace solutions, focusing on systems designed for people to come together and collaborate. The outcome is a vibrant and inspiring workspace, reinforced through bold combinations of colours, patterns and finishes.
To meet the project deadline, our experienced installation teams completed this fit-out in two phases. This involved the development of a new west wing and an extensive renovation of the ground floor office.
Focused working areas feature our Activate sit-to-stand and fixed-height workpoints paired with Zone task chairs.
Our Agility range in fixed and tilting variations were used throughout the office in boardrooms, meeting rooms and café area.
Our new Sector 2 system is used in both table and leaner format and provides a flexible workplace solution for employees to use how they see fit depending on their tasks for the day.
The café area features a spacious outdoor patio and serves as a hub where people can move away from the focused working areas and socialise. Hive seating, Sector 2 leaners and Agility pedestal tables offer employees comfortable spaces to meet or more informal areas to carry out work. A range of finishes and bright pops of colour makes this a vibrant and inviting space that encourages connection.
