ACT Government | Canberra

A transition to new ways of working.

Location: Canberra | Size: 35,000m² across two sites

The ACT Government’s first truly agile workplace, the new Civic Office building at 220 London Circuit Constitution Place, brings together multiple directorates in a single location.

Designed by Bates Smart, the new workplace supports the ACT Government’s transition to new ways of working with modern, flexible facilities – including spaces designed to support innovation and collaboration and quiet places for focused activity.

The Aspect team in Canberra worked extensively with ACT Government to refine our product designs and accurately capture their desired outcome.

Aspect delivered 2,500 ergonomic workpoints of various typologies to support employee well-being, custom-designed and manufactured to the client’s specification.

The building has spacious break-out areas and flexible hubs to provide a variety of settings that cater to individual preferences and working styles, for which Aspect also supplied all accessories, storage units, custom tables and meeting chairs, as well as our Hive modular seating.
